Solution-dyed polypropylene is the workhorse of commercial flooring. It resists stains and fading, cleans with water alone, and costs less per square metre than any other face yarn — the standard choice for offices, schools and retail floors.
Nylon has the highest resilience of any synthetic face yarn, which is why it keeps its appearance in hotel corridors and airport terminals. We run both PA6 and PA66, in solution-dyed and skein-dyed form.
Polyester gives wool-like softness at a synthetic price. It is the default face yarn for printed mats and area rugs, takes digital print sharply, and is fully machine-washable.
PVC mats are the waterproof, wipe-clean end of the range. Vinyl foam, embossed and printed constructions shrug off water and mould, so they are the standard choice for bathrooms, kitchens, entrances and anti-fatigue stations.
Wool remains the benchmark for luxury and durability: naturally flame-resistant, soil-hiding and soft underfoot. We use New Zealand and Australian wool, alone or blended with nylon for commercial-grade strength.
Cotton rugs and mats are breathable, hypoallergenic and reversible. We weave them on handlooms and rapier looms, in flatweave, chindi and rag-rug constructions.
Jute and sisal are natural plant fibres with a dry, textured look that suits Scandinavian and Japandi interiors. They are biodegradable, static-free and increasingly specified for eco-conscious retail programmes.
Coir is spun from coconut husk, making it the toughest natural fibre for entrance matting. It scrapes grit off shoes and holds up to weather, which is why it dominates the doormat category in the US and Japan.
Microfiber is a split-fibre yarn with an enormous surface area. That is what makes it absorb several times its weight in water, and why it is the first choice for bath mats, kitchen mats and pet mats.
Chenille yarn is fuzzy on all sides, giving a plush hand and vivid colour saturation. It is used for bath mats, toilet mats and soft area rugs where a thick, cosy feel is the selling point.
rPET is polyester spun from recycled plastic bottles. It performs like virgin polyester while cutting carbon footprint, and it lets retail buyers print a verified recycled claim on the label.
Acrylic delivers wool-like softness and bulk at a fraction of the cost, and holds colour well against sunlight. It is widely used in yarn-dyed area rugs and shaggy constructions.
Viscose and bamboo fibres have a silk-like lustre that makes a rug look expensive. They are usually blended with wool or cotton for body, and are specified for decorative rugs rather than heavy traffic.

About 1 month after the order is confirmed. Shipping time depends on the destination port and the shipping method.
T/T: 30% deposit with the order and 70% balance against the copy of the B/L. For larger orders we also accept an L/C at sight, and for samples or small amounts PayPal or Western Union.
Yes. Samples up to 1 m² are free — you only cover the freight. For samples above 1 m² we charge the sample fee plus the freight.
Yes. We cut to your sizes, and colours, patterns, printed designs, custom lettering and packaging in your own branding are all produced to order.
Our main markets are the United States, Japan and Korea, and we currently ship to 46 countries.
Our products can pass California Prop 65 (CA65) and REACH testing, with color fastness grade 3–4.
