About Us
An industry-and-trade integrated carpet manufacturer, exporting to the US, Japan and Korea.
Founded in 2008, we are a carpet and mat manufacturer with our own factory and our own export team. Because we sell what we make, there is no middle layer between your specification and the loom: your requirement goes straight to the production meeting.
Our plant runs tufting, Wilton and Axminster weaving, digital and rotary printing, needle-punching and hand-tufting lines. That breadth is why a single purchase order can cover an entire home-textile programme instead of one item.
We export to 46 countries. The United States, Japan and Korea together account for the majority of our volume, which is why our colour tolerances, labelling and packaging are tuned to those markets from the start rather than retrofitted later.
Capability at a Glance
Quality Control
Incoming yarn is tested for colour fastness and denier before it reaches the loom. In-process inspection covers pile height, tuft-lock and pattern registration. Finished goods are checked to AQL 2.5, and every shipment keeps a retained sample for traceability.
Certifications
OEKO-TEX Standard 100 · REACH SVHC · CPSIA · California Prop 65 · BSCI social audit · ISO 9001:2015 quality system · SEDEX member. Copies of certificates and test reports are provided on request.
