Minimum order, lead time, payment terms, samples and customization — the questions buyers ask us most.
What is your minimum order quantity?
Our regular minimum order quantity is 500 m² per order.
How long is the lead time?
About 1 month after the order is confirmed. Shipping time depends on the destination port and the shipping method.
What payment terms do you accept?
T/T: 30% deposit with the order and 70% balance against the copy of the B/L. For larger orders we also accept an L/C at sight, and for samples or small amounts PayPal or Western Union.
Do you provide samples?
Yes. Samples up to 1 m² are free — you only cover the freight. For samples above 1 m² we charge the sample fee plus the freight.
Can you customize size, colour, pattern and logo?
Yes. We cut to your sizes, and colours, patterns, printed designs, custom lettering and packaging in your own branding are all produced to order.
Which markets do you mainly export to?
Our main markets are the United States, Japan and Korea, and we currently ship to 46 countries.
What certifications do you have?
OEKO-TEX Standard 100, REACH SVHC, CPSIA, California Prop 65, BSCI audit, ISO 9001:2015, SEDEX membership and GRS for recycled rPET.
